Students with an unexcused absence from an exam will receive a grade of zero (0).

-Students must take their exams during the scheduled time.  Teachers are not permitted to change the scheduled exam time for students (unless granted administrative approval if there are extenuating circumstances. If seeking an exemption, students should see their counselor and/or administration).

-Tuesday, June 11 busses will drop off at normal time and pick up students at 9:45.

-Busses will NOT run on Wednesday, June 12. If transportation is required for June 12, please see Mr. Webb.

-When students are in the building, but do not have a scheduled exam, they must stay in either the library (quiet study area) or the cafeteria (study area).

-Students need to remain in the classroom for the full 2 hour exam period. Students should be prepared with extra study material, work, or reading material in case they finish their exam early.

-Bathroom and Hall passes need to be kept to a minimum. If a student does need to leave, teachers should sign the student’s planner.

-Cafeteria food will not be available during exams. Students should plan accordingly.
